Befriending the Body Reclaiming the Voice Trusting the Earth

Hi there!
I'm Kaatje (pronounced KAH-tya) Jones. I know how difficult it is to come into embodiment from a place of dissociation. Many years ago, it was me struggling to identify and hold onto my essence.

That's why I'm so passionate about this work.

The more embodied I become, the easier it is to walk in the world, even when it still feels like this system wasn't built for people like me. The wanderers and the dreamers, the ones who traverse dimensions and think in stories. The key to 'fitting in' is not trying to shape myself into the cracks, but rather filling out my presence to the point that I creat the space I need to function. I am here to help others do the same.
About me
Besides being a certified Voice Movement Therapy practitioner (VMT-R), I am a writer and storyteller, musician and dancer. I bring elements of all these disciplines to my work, as well as my background in cultural anthropology and documentary film.

I also bring intercultural experience from time spent in Europe and Latin America. I am a white woman with Asian ancestry, and I have spent many years doing in-depth ancestral healing work in collaboration with my own mother.

I am especially passionate about working with women and the LGBTQ+ community. Feel free to ask about a sliding scale if necessary.
